The Charles Restaurant and Tito's Vodka for Dog People, have teamed up as sponsors for this sumptuous event to support Protectors of Animals.
The Charles will offer you a choice of Chicken and Dumplings for two or Risotto Vert for two. Each box comes with the ingredients to prepare a meal for two people, your choice of a bottle Diora Pinot Noir or Diora Chardonnay, and the ingredients for two Tito's "adoptails" cocktails!
And you won't have to go it alone when you prepare your meal! Renee DiNino has teamed up with The Charles executive chef Tom Kaldy to film a video to guide you through the meal preparation. Bar Manager Chelsea Solkowski will display her mixology skills as she shows you how to concoct your cocktails! The link to this entertaining and informative video will be included in your reminder email prior to your date of pickup!
The cost for each boxed dinner that serves 2 people is $150.
Ingredients list:
Chicken and Dumplings: Roasted airline chicken breast, handmade gnocchi parisienne, local mushrooms, Meyer lemon confit, brandy, and brown butter.
Risotto Vert - Local Spring vegetable risotto with wild leeks, mushrooms, asparagus, basil, butter, and parmesan cheese.
Orders must be placed by 6/12 for pick up on 6/18 or 6/19 before 5 PM. Quantity is limited to 100 so be sure to order early. We ask that you not call The Charles with questions, but direct all inquiries to kerry.bartoletti@poainc.org.
