FAQ:

Is this event rain (snow) or shine? Yes, due to the food that the venue must order to prepare for our event, we need to pay them regardless of the weather. There is about an inch of snow expected according to current forecast, please allow extra time to arrive and drive safely!

Is there free parking? Yes, there's plenty of parking onsite.

Is the event accessible? Yes, there is an entrance without stairs and an elevator to move between floors.

Will there be accommodations for those with dietary restrictions? Yes, please indicate your dietary restriction in your response when you purchase your ticket so we can make our best effort to accommodate you.

Is there assigned seating? What if I want to sit with someone who already bought their ticket(s)? Seats are assigned and there is a space to list who you'd like to be seated with when you purchase your ticket(s).

What should I wear? It's a celebration, dress in whatever makes you feel festive! Examples include attire that's shiny, sequined, colorful, a classy black, perhaps gold if you like to stay on theme. It can be on the more or less formal side, we know you'll look great no matter what you decide :)

Should I bring cash to this event? Yes! There will be POA t-shirts available for purchase, the dueling piano entertainers encourages tips for song requests (which they generously donate back to helping POA reach the fundraising goal for the evening!), and you'll need cash to purchase drinks at the bar after you've used your drink ticket.

How can I participate in the silent auction? Register to participate in the auction here! Once registered, you'll receive notifications via text or email (whichever you select as your preference) with auction updates (auction start, getting outbid, auction end, etc.)

Can I participate in the silent auction if I don't attend the event? Yes, register to participate in the auction here! You will be contacted to coordinate item pick-up will be coordinated after the event.

How can I become a sponsor/what does that entail? Please click the "Sponsor Our Event" button to the right and review the remaining available sponsorships as well as what they include.

We are excited to announce that our musical entertainment for the evening will be Howl2Go dueling pianos!

360 Photo Booth fun with Marcia's Elegant LED Rental Logistics LLC is returning for this year's gala!

A live event painter, Virginia Brown of Beret and Brush, will be on hand to entertain us as she paints an elegant black and gold cat on canvas! Guests are welcome to add their own special touches on the background of the canvas during the evening. The painting is part of the silent auction, so one lucky winner will get to take this one-of-a-kind piece home to commemorate the milestone Golden Gala celebration.
