Is this event rain (snow) or shine? Yes, due to the food that the venue must order to prepare for our event, it is not possible for them to accommodate a last minute scheduling change.

Is there free parking? Yes, there's plenty of parking onsite.

Is the event accessible? Yes, the spaces we'll be utilizing in the venue are all on the ground floor level.

Will there be accommodations for those with dietary restrictions? Yes, please indicate your dietary restriction in your response when you purchase your ticket so we can make our best effort to accommodate you. Dinner will be plated and will have a vegan, seafood, chicken, or beef option.

Is there assigned seating? What if I want to sit with someone who already bought their ticket(s)? Yes, Seats are assigned and there is a space to list who you'd like to be seated with when you purchase your ticket(s).

What should I wear? It's a celebration, dress in whatever makes you feel festive (but also comfortable)! Feel free to add some whimsy to your outfit since our theme is fairtytale-esque. Your attire can be on the more or less formal side and you'll look great no matter what you decide. It's not so much about what you wear, but that you're there :)

Should I bring cash to this event? Yes! There will be POA t-shirts available for purchase and you'll need cash to purchase drinks at the bar after you've used your drink ticket.

How can I participate in the silent auction? Register to participate in the auction here! Once registered, you'll receive notifications via text or email (whichever you select as your preference) with auction updates (auction start, getting outbid, auction end, etc.)

Can I participate in the silent auction if I don't attend the event? Yes, register to participate in the auction here! You will be contacted to coordinate item pick-up will be coordinated after the event.

Are there sponsorship opportunities? What perks do sponsorships include? Yes, there are sponsorship opportunities for both corporations and individuals/families.
